Improved online ordering process
Has anyone else been frustrated by the Rebex ordering process implemented by Plimus? I ordered online yesterday and still have not received my download link. They claim they cannot reach my by telephone, but actually did call me. The money has been deducted from my account. Has anyone else had trouble with this? They are also not answering the contact number on their website today.

Thanks Lukas - the issue has been resolved - in hindsight I am sure you are right - it is unfortunate that fraudsters make use of free email services like Gmail - thank you to Rebex for helping me resolve my issues so kindly! I will recommend your product whenever appropriate. Good luck for the future and I look forward to using Rebex

Hello, thanks for your feedback and sorry for inconvenience!
We recently moved to Plimus from SWReg because the number of customers frustated by SWReg was very high. If it turns out to be the same with Plimus, we will either have to move back to SWReg or go elsewhere again - any recommendations are welcome!
Now, please mail us your order number to sales@rebex.net so we can solve this issue.Actually, it seems that the only customers who experience ordering problems are those that use free e-mail services such as gmail.com, yahoo.com or hotmail.com. It looks like Plimus evaluates all these orders manually and that can take a day or two. This is what Plimus has to say about this:
"A recent FBI study of online fraud found that 97.3% of fraudulent orders submitted e-mail addresses originated from a free e-mail service." - Plimus
So, using your real company e-mail address is preferred and can speed up your order a lot!
