    We have released a new Rebex HTTPS component. It adds support for SHA-2 certificates , SNI extension, TLS 1.0, 1.1 and TLS 1.2 protocols under .NET Compact Framework, but it also works on other platforms including .NET, Mono, Xamarin.iOS, Android and Xamarin.Mac). Check the HTTPS component at http://www.rebex.net/https/default.aspx

  7. Several Microsoft's end user applicaton certification requires signing of all executable files with Authenticode certificate. When the application includes Rebex dlls they must also be signed.

    More about Authenticode:

  8. I can call Ssh.StartShell to start a shell and then I can execute commands with SendCommand but, I can't tell if the commands were successful because SshChannelExitStatus is not exposed.

  10. It would be nice to extend the FtpItem so it includes the creation date of the file.

    Update: Support for creating date has been added to Rebex FTP/SSL: http://www.rebex.net/ftp-ssl.net/history.aspx#5700

    Retrieving file creation date/time is only possible with modern FTP servers that support MLST/MLSD extension (and also offer the “create” fact). On most servers, unfortunately, this is not available.

    At the moment, it is possible to create a custom listing parser that extends the integrated lsiting parser to handle creation date as well. We will also consider adding built-in support for this feature if there is sufficient demand.

  11. Email messages signed with SHA256 or SHA-2 should be supported.

  12. Please implement IEnumerable<T> on your collections so Linq can be used. I realize you want .net 1.1 compatibility, but you can maintain that by implementing the interface in a conditional compile block.

    // would like this ...
    string address = message.From.FirstOrDefault().Address;

  13. In FTP component you can limit the bandwidth via MaxDownloadSpeed and MaxUploadSpeed properties. Would it be possible to have similar functionality in SFTP?

  17. Currently sshcheck fails on "modern / safe" sshd configs since the client lacks modern MACs.
    Unable to negotiate with 40.112.150.31 port 59416: no matching MAC found. Their offer: hmac-sha2-256,hmac-sha2-512,hmac-sha1
    Which is a pity. I like the service.

  18. Samples for .NET Framework and .NET Compact Framework are in place, but it should be also a sample showing how to use FTP or SFTP from ASP.NET page.

  19. It would be nice to have an option (or a separate version of Rebex.Security.dll assembly) to force FIPS-approved modules to be used only and disable the rest.
